Synology a sorti aujourd’hui une version de son firmware (4.0-2219) pour vos nas Synology. Elle est téléchargeable sur le site web de Synology ou directement via le panneau de configuration de l’ interface de votre syno, onglet « Mise à jour du DSM »
Les changements apportés sont les suivants :
- Updated Photo Station, Audio Station, Surveillance Station, Media Server, iTunes Server and Download Station packages to the latest version if they were installed. Please refer to these packages’ release notes for details.
- Enhanced Samba protocol security by preventing remote code execution as the « root » user (CVE-2012-1182).
- Added a notification event when the DiskStation enters safe mode due to UPS low battery.
- Enhanced USB Copy to function properly with an attached iPhone.
- Fixed an issue where your DiskStation might not enter hibernation while DDNS service is enabled and PPPoE connection is established.
- Enhanced the overall stability of AFP file protocol.
- Minor bug fixes.
Limitation & Known Issues
- Time Backup package has to be updated to the latest version to run on this DSM version.
